Addressing By Inkjet & Laser Labels

We have several laser printers to produce personalized, mail-merge printed material and laser-quality inkjet printers for matching envelopes. Window envelopes are available.

We can apply postage in several ways:

• Inkjet permit imprint
• Metering/Stamping
• Metering with a permit imprint
• Metering with “money”
• Affixing postage stamps*

*We can affix real stamps when it’s important to give your direct mail piece a personalized look for first class, political, standard rate, or non-profit mailing.

FOLDING

Create a clean, professional look with our machine-fold method for fitting paper sheets into a range of different envelopes. We can fold a variety of paper stocks. Pieces can be folded “head-in” or “head-out.” Head-out folding shows the front of the piece. Pieces can also be folded in the normal “U” fold or in a “Z” fold. Machine inserting requires a U fold.

Inserting

Need to get to the market fast?  Our insert machines can insert up to 5 pieces into an envelope. A clearance of 1/2 inch on the top and the side is required for a piece to be eligible for machine inserting.  Choose affordable options for inserting letters, brochures, magazines and other materials into various sized envelopes or poly bags.
