Addressing

We provide a variety of addressing methods:

• Inkjet
• Cheshire Labels
• Pressure Sensitive (peel-and-stick) Labels

EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail)

Every Door Direct Mail is a great way to reach the largest audience at the lowest cost. We have the experience and expertise to prepare and deliver your EDDM project, on time and on budget.

Inserting

We have inserting machines that can insert up to 5 pieces into an envelope. A clearance of 1/2 inch on the top and the side is required for a piece to be eligible for machine inserting.

Folding

We can fold a variety of different paper stocks and light-weight card stock. Pieces can be folded "head-in" or "head-out." Head-out folding shows the front of the piece. Pieces can also be folded in the normal "U" fold or in a "Z" fold. Machine inserting requires a U fold.

Metering/Stamping

We can apply postage is several ways:

• Inkjet permit imprint
• Metering with a permit imprint
• Metering with "money"
• Affixing postage stamps

Personalized Laser Letters

We have several laser printers to produce personalized, mail-merge printed material and laser-quality inkjet printers for matching envelopes. Windowed envelopes are also available.

Data Processing/List Maintenance

Our trained data processing staff provides a wide variety of services:

• Merging of data from multiple sources
• Duplicate elimination
• Zip+4/CASS/PAVE encoding and address standardization
• National Change of Address (NCOA) processing
• Custom coding of records or files
• Data format conversions
• Data selections based on custom criteria
• Data entry -- adding/changing/deleting records
